Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is straightforward. As we offer limited 1-2-1 sessions, it is crucial to fill each spot. If you need to cancel up to 2 weeks before your session, we will re-advertise your spot. If a replacement is found, we will refund your payment. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the session are non-refundable. If we need to cancel, we will refund your payment or reschedule for another day. This policy also applies to anyone using a 3Rs gift voucher.
